The SARAQ^® CMV Viral Load Real-Time PCR test is used to quantify Cytomegalovirus (CMV) in human plasma specimens from patients suspected of CMV infection. CMV belongs to the human herpes family and spreads from person to person through body fluids including blood, saliva, urine, semen, and breast milk. The test includes an internal control to identify possible qPCR inhibition and verify the quality of sample extraction.

The SARAQ^® BCR-ABL (Quantitative) Real-Time PCR test is used to quantify Major, Minor and Micro BCR-ABL fusion transcripts in human blood and bone marrow samples from patients pre-diagnosed with CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) or ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). The test includes an internal control (ABL PPM) to confirm the performance of extraction and verify the quality of the sample.

The kit includes Ready to Use PCR Mix, Target Specific Primer Probe Mixes for BCR-ABL Major, Minor and Micro transcripts, ABL PPM, PCR Additive, Negative Control, 5 Quantitative Standards (BCA-S1 to BCA-S5), and Positive Controls. Validated against the 1st WHO International Genetic Reference Panel for BCR-ABL.
